When one chip deformation or be cut during the machining process, it will be seriously affected the whole part surface finish. So to change the style of chip-breaker is worth considering.
Reasonable control CNC machining speed
Using carbide cutting tools also is crucial to get a good surface finish of CNC Machining Parts. When you’re increasing the speed to finish the part, it just reduces the whole production time, but couldn’t ensure good surface finishes. So we should reasonably control the cutting tools to avoid poor surface finishing occurred.
Accurate to use the tool nose radius for surface finishing
A large tool nose radius will be able to accommodate the faster speeds. one insert is able to feed one half the TNR per revolution, so you can get a good expected, but if the TNR or IPR ratio is very fast, it will so easier to produce many CNC machining shapes on the surface of the parts, no smooth finishes. Increase the radius
There are some angles that can’t be machined by CNC when cutting. In general, we suggest that we need to increase the radius to simplified design under it will be no effect on the whole product assembly. Or when it is a right Angle, we need to change the radius for easier machining and better surface finish, since 45° cutting angle will produce a better surface finish than 90° cutting angle.

When one part machining finishes. The surface of the part always leaves many marks once stopping moving. So we need to change this process to avoid the marks occurred.
