Metal Sheet Fabrication Service
Creatingway Metal Sheet Fabrication Services offers prototype, low to high volume production runs, we provide the whole production process from tool and die to production, we are experts in all of the process fabrication including punching, bending, forming, welding, machining, finishing, and easy assembly. We use an automated machining process to achieve to avoid any fault, such as an automated punching machine with bending and forming, the maximum capability size is 80” x 80” with a material thickness range of .02” to .25” mm, with tolerance control to +/- 0.004”. our facilities are the ability to complete various material shapes such as sheet, plates, bars, and tubes, and are experienced in a series of range materials types in aluminum, copper, steels, etc.
Please kindly contact us now if you will have more projects to request a quote or suggestion.
Metal Sheet Fabrication Secondary Process
After customs metal sheet fabrication, Creatingway provides you the secondary process for these parts to make them aesthetic as you expect, which includes welding, heat treating, turning, surface finishing, drilling, silk-screen and easy assembly.
Welding process: We usually use TIG welding for them, if special needs we will consult with customers in advance.
Heat Treating: We usually uses HRC hardness standard for parts, if customers do not a special requirement.
Silk-screen: We will printing relative Logos or words on the surface of parts.

Metal Fabrication Welding
Metal Fabrication Welding is a processing that is joining similar sheet metals parts together, welding joins sheet metals by melting and fusing firstly, the base metals being joined and secondly, the filler metal applied, so final two parts will be welded together.
As usual, we have used CO2 gas shielding, argon arc welding, spot welding, laser welding for your projects,
The welding method is according to actual requirements and material. Usually, CO2 gas shielding is used for welding Tip of Sheet Metal Fabrication sheet metal; argon arc welding is for stainless steel, aluminum plate, etc, Robot welding can save working hours, Improve work efficiency and welding quality, and reduce working intensity.

The Best Packaging Practices for Sheet Metal Fabricated Parts
The process of fabricating sheet metal parts requires a lot of work and effort. At Creatingway, we understand this requirement thus desire to deliver your part safely. The fabricated parts should arrive in perfect condition based on several packaging and shipping practices. We have thus devised cost-effective ways to protect your parts. These ways reduce the chance of logistic damage on the property. Additionally, it supports the end user’s needs. Read more.
Ultimate Guide to Designing Sheet Metal Parts
The methods used in the sheet metal fabrication process include cutting, bending, stamping, and punching. These processes rely on a 3D CAD file design to control the machines. A code precisely cuts and forms the metal sheets into the final metal part. Parts made from sheet metal parts are known for their long-lasting ability, thus great for a variety of applications. It is also great for high-volume production and low-volume prototypes. This is due to its cost-effectiveness in material cost and large initial setup. Read more.
Guide of Using Laser Cutting in Sheet Metal Fabrication
The technology of laser cutting technology has grown greatly over recent years. From fictional cosmic ray guns to eventually harnessing the power of light the use of lasers is more widespread compared to the past. Such as serving in delicate surgical gear to the more robust use of laser sheet metal fabrication industry. Read more.
How to Know The Sheet Metal Punching Basics
Sheet metal punching is a great technique for shaping metal forms. At Creatingway, we use the process to punch holes even in the hardest of metals. We can cut large panels, form embosses, louvers, and other complex shapes. Since the punch press can do a lot, the chances of making mistakes are greater. Thus, it is important to get a few basics correctly. Read more.
