Product structure design

In the cutting process, the burrs produced are larger when processing the large cutting. Because of the larger cutting, the durability is reduced and also increases plastic deformation, which lead to the generated burr becomes larger. Therefore, in the machining of parts, it is generally used to reduce the cutting depth and cutter amount to reduce the production of burrs, especially the precision machining of parts.
