A hydraulic valve is an automatic part that works through the pressure oil of a pressure distribution valve. We can combine a pressure valve with an electromagnetic pressure distribution valve. How To Design The Hydraulic Valves Block
The oil block design needs to be simple, with the deep hole, process hole, and inclined hole very shallow. The aperture for the valve block also has to match with the flow. Only experts can match the flow area, position, and direction of the oil inlet/ outlet to the overall layout system. This connection finally forms the pipeline connection.
The design also has to consider the oil operations and ensure convenience. Observing convenience entails providing a speed regulating valve, relief valve, and other adjustable parts. These parts enable easy handling of the tools. The key parts like the valve and servo valve need frequent maintenance. These parts thus must be outside or above the valve block to allow easy disassembly.
Every valve block design needs to have several measuring points to allow for valve block debugging. Blocks that weigh more than 30 kg need a lifting screw hole. However, we still have to maintain a small valve block to meet the requirements of the use.

Hydraulic Valve Block Machining Processes
The oil roadblock material has to make sure the internal part is dense and without defects like trachoma or interlayer. We also test the blanks whenever necessary. Large steel blocks and cast iron need aging and pre-treating before processing.
For fine grinding, we carry out milling, planning, benchmarking, and planning valve blocks. The surface roughness of oil roadblocks must meet the design needs. The installation surface, especially the flange, pipe joint, and hydraulic valve, should not be defective.
We chamfer the valve block after machining it. The entire network of the valve block, including the intersections, needs complete removal of burrs. The presence of burrs can ruin the efficiency of the entire hydraulic system.
Before assembly of the oil block, we thoroughly clean its parts. The cleaning liquid needs to be antirust like oil or kerosene. The cleaning happens at a specific pressure for all flow channels and blind holes. Cleaning removes dirt, iron filings, and debris.
