Electrolytic deburring
This method of deburring is achieved by using electricity and chemical energy to dissolve the anode. The turbine flowmeter parts are connected to the positive poles of DC films as the anode, and forming tool is connected to the cathode of DC power as the cathode. Keep the space between the poles to promote the electrolyte circulating.

Chemical deburring
Firstly, we need to put the finishing parts into a metal solution, the metal on the surface of the parts will be transferred to the solution in the form of ions. These ions will adhere to the surface of the parts, and forming bigger resistance and small conductivity of the membrane layer to protect the artifacts from corrosion. And due to the burrs are higher surface, so we can directly remove them by Chemical.
Up to now, this method of deburring is widely used in pneumatic, hydraulic, engineering machinery, and other fields. And it also has good performance for hard-remove internal burrs and finishing parts after heat treatment.

High temperature deburring
Putting the deburring parts into the fastening seal indoor, and then put them into has a certain pressure of hydrogen and oxygen mixed gas. And ignite a mixed gas explosion and gives off heat to burn away the burr of the parts, not hurt the parts.

Hand polishing is more traditional which is also the most time-consuming and laborious to remove burrs for custom CNC machined parts. It’s mainly through manual steel file, sandpaper, a grinding tool for grinding. And for now, the most commonly used in productions is trimming knife, which gradually replaces these traditional methods, which is easier to be used, saves the cost-effectively, and is environmentally friendly.

Ultrasonic deburring
This method of deburring is mainly injected into liquid by an ultrasonic wave generated ultrasonic energy. When this vibration in a state of thin liquid, it can tear into a smaller hole, and these holes can cause by the burst in the atmosphere instantaneous pressure to remove burrs on the surface of the parts.
Ultrasonic deburring is not suitable for all types of machining parts. It has very good performance for deburring parts that are not visible to the naked eye, but for the visible to the naked eye and strong bonding of burrs, this method doesn’t work.
