Creating the master parts

After the master parts completed, we need to inspect its feature, dimension, assemble testing and appearance to ensure the parts as we need.

Establishing the casting molds
We need to make the casting box to put the master part and filled with liquid silicon, Then put whole silicon mold into vacuum casting machine for oven some hours, till the silicon mold solidified and cut the mold along the scheduled seam line, then take out of master parts. Let silicon mold leaves an empty cavity which is exactly the same as the product construction.
We need to reseal the silicon mold, and inject the liquid resin as expected into the silicon mold and put the mold into the vacuum machines. Vaccum machines purposed to ensure there is any air in the mold, then oven some hours till liquid resin solidified. Finally, we open the silicon mold based on last scheduled seam line, You will see a great element completed, then we need to inspect and make secondary finishing process to decorate products.
